Order Processing

1.Orders placed on Lcheerbeauty.com will be processed and transferred to our logistics warehouse within 24 hours.

2.The logistics warehouse requires approximately 1–2 business days to handle orders (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

3.Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

4.Shipping and delivery are carried out only on business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the order, and the final shipping schedule will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Fees

1.We provide free standard shipping on all eyelash orders placed through our official website.

2.For customers who wish to receive their orders sooner, we also offer an express paid shipping option. However, please note that the average delivery time difference is only a few days.

Estimated Delivery Times

1.After placing an order, you will receive an update within 48 hours via email, including the packaging status and estimated delivery date.

2.Once a tracking number becomes available, we will notify you promptly.

3.Within the continental United States, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

4.For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may take up to 15 business days.
